Yoga Classes

Enjoy complimentary morning and evening yoga by the beach or on the yoga deck situated on the mountainside, overlooking the beautiful Indian Ocean. Private yoga sessions are available for an extra charge. All yoga classes are suitable and accessible for beginners, and yoga equipment is provided. See the types available.

Yin Yoga is a slower-paced, more meditative form of yoga. Poses are held for longer to work on the fascia. Expect to feel relaxed and at ease. Yin Yoga targets connective tissues, including fascia, bones, and joints. It reduces stress by balancing our yang, or fast-paced physical yoga practice. Relieves tension as it encourages mindfulness and meditation.

Hatha classes guide you through postures at a slower pace with more guidance on how to do each pose correctly. Expect slow and mindful practice, with time for breathing and relaxation. Hatha yoga improves joint mobility and flexibility in the connective tissue and helps you gain clarity and focus. Relaxation for the whole body, mind, and spirit.

Vinyasa is a type of yoga that links movement and breath to attain balance in the mind and body. Expect to feel refreshed and recharged. The continual movements give you an added cardiovascular benefit by creating internal heat. Improves concentration while increasing strength and flexibility.

Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic, flowing style that connects the movement of the body with the breath, following a set structure of yoga poses and breathing. Expect to work hard and feel energized. Ashtanga yoga increases strength and muscle tone, improves cardiovascular fitness, and reduces body fat. It reduces stress and anxiety.

Aerial yoga is a type of yoga that uses a hammock or yoga swing to allow students to perform yoga postures. It combines traditional yoga with moves inspired by pilates, dance, and acrobatics. Expect to have fun! Aerial yoga improves balance and coordination. Assists students in achieving inversions. Increase full-body flexibility and strength and alleviate back and neck pressure.
